Somewhere between hip-hop, soul, R&B, alternative rock and whatever else the genre pigeonholes offer, the Dynamo Festival can also be found. Synth pop from Sofie Royer, Viennese indie-gypsy folk Buntspecht, straightforward punk rock from the Leftovers mix with new discoveries such as singer-songwriter Ami Warning, future stadium fillers Cordoba78 and many more. As always, weather permitting, the opening – this year with the Hidden Gemz – will take place on the top car park deck of the Rhomberg multi-storey car park with a ridge view.
