Every year since 1974, the state of Vorarlberg has purchased contemporary art to expand and supplement the state’s own collection. This year, the art purchases can once again be seen in an exhibition cooperation between allerArt Bludenz, vorarlberg museum and the cultural department of the state of Vorarlberg in the Remise art space. In the third and final year of the 2022 to 2024 acquisition period, buyers Andrea Fink and Isabella Marte were able to acquire works by 21 artists and two artist duos. The new additions to the collection acquired in 2024 include objects, sculptures and installations, photographic and mirror works as well as paintings and will be presented in two consecutive exhibitions curated by Luka Berchtold. The following artists are represented in the second part of the exhibition: Ilse Aberer, Sarah Bechter, Melanie Berlinger, Fulterer Scherrer, Mathias Garnitschnig, Christian Helbock, Lorenz Helfer, Mathias Kessler, Hubert Matt, Drago Persic, Rafaela Pröll, Liddy Scheffknecht.
