In addition to the Metaverse exhibition of the same name at the DFC, a selection of the work of Austrian media artist BURST can be seen at the Francisco Carolinum. On display are works from his beginnings in crypto art in 2019 to his current works, in which he combines digital and physical worlds with AR and AI technology. In addition to paintings that come to life on a mobile phone display, interactive installations that invite visitors to play with the artificial intelligence he has trained or to view their own reflection as a Burst-style work of art, there are also a number of sculptures on display that are made from everyday objects and bring the HAHA concept into the physical world.
