The six students of the BG Zaunergasse / Salzburg International School (Madeline Goh, Quan Ho, Leonie Lex, Nate Parker, Armand Polónyi, Alina Turovska) complete their schooling with the International Baccalaureate (an internationally recognised school-leaving qualification, IB for short) in the Visual Arts class. The students have to present their best work in an exhibition in order to graduate. Themes of architecture, identity and origin, theatre, being and appearance or nature as well as dream images or the artistic handling of discarded objects are reflected in the resulting works. The materials used are correspondingly diverse. In addition to classic acrylic and oil paintings or fineliner drawings, objects made of clay, collages, computer-generated works, mobiles and restored musical instruments can also be found in the Gang Gallery on Mozartplatz.
