Munich-born Sophia Süßmilch works primarily with performance, painting, photography, video and literature and is shown internationally. Her extraordinary cosmos of images is an iconography of intensity, a stunningly imaginative world of bodies and transformations. With humour, poetry and beauty, she exposes the absurd power of patriarchal structures that only cause problems.
