In cooperation with the renowned Istanbul art gallery Mine Sanat, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, the Cultural Forum is presenting the exhibition ‘46’, bringing leading representatives of the Viennese art scene to Istanbul. The project, which combines Viennese creativity with Istanbul’s attitude to life, is inspired by the Viennese ‘46 tram’ and thematises migration, identity and artistic collaboration – poetically, profoundly and without borders. At the centre is the Viennese artist and curator Sedef Hatapkapulu, who illuminates transformation and human connections in this autobiographical project. She is supported by international artists such as Roland Schütz, Bele Marx & Gilles Moussard, Hannah Feigl, Sabine Groschup and many more.
