Under the motto Frau.Macht.Film., the cooperation between the Women’s Office of the City of Linz and Moviemento offers women and their stories the opportunity to become visible in the male-dominated film industry; because films not only reflect the society in which they are made, they also create a different view of our world with their images. The selected films open up different perspectives on women’s lives Seven films will be screened over three days, including ‘I am not yet who I want to be’ by Klára Tasovská, which already caused a sensation at the Viennale.
