The exhibition and research project, which began in 2021 at the Galerie im Körnerpark Berlin, examines the extent to which culture is a contextualisation of language and how language in turn transforms culture. Language is not something fixed, it moves and constantly produces new images and spaces. It offers the possibility of bringing the spaces between people to life and opening up new ways of acting. The emergence of more diverse cultural contexts in 21st century societies has set in motion a process of transformation in linguistic communication. However, this does not take place without lengthy negotiation processes. The exhibition at Fünfzigzwanzig, which has been expanded to include several new artistic positions, presents a variety of strategies and methods used by artists to explore the different aspects of language. Group exhibition with Maria Anwander, Ricarda Denzer, Happy Akegbeleye/Petja Dimitrova, Omar Kasmani, Sajan Mani, Marisa Maza, Lisl Ponger, Anike Joyce Sadiq and Moira Zoitl.
