The development of fashion photography is now firmly established in the canon of art history, and museum retrospectives are regularly dedicated to its contemporary protagonists. With the exhibition FASHION & PHOTOGRAPHY, curated by Lara Steinhäußer, the MAK is having a look at current trends in this contemporary genre and, alongside the (CON)TEMPORARY FASHION SHOWCASE series in the Geymüllerschlössel, is also focussing on fashion in the main building on the Stubenring.
