With the presentation of the competition 100 BEST POSTERS 23rd Germany Austria Switzerland, the MAK is once again the venue for excellent poster design in the D-A-CH region and thus for aesthetic design trends in public space. With a remarkable variety of typographic solutions and a comprehensive stylistic palette, this year’s winning projects set standards for European and international graphic design in the sense of a visual revue with exemplary character. 667 participants, including graphic designers, students, agencies, clients and printers, submitted 2,333 posters, including 1,184 individual posters and 334 series with 1,149 posters. After an online pre-selection, 619 posters were submitted to the international jury for the final selection. This year, 4 posters from Austria made it into the top 100, 45 from Germany and 51 from Switzerland. As in previous years, the winning posters of the competition 100 BEST POSTERS 23rd Germany Austria Switzerland will be added to the MAK Collection following the exhibition at the Poster Forum.
