2024 is the 30th anniversary of the tanz ist festival. Reason enough to start the autumn with a second part to celebrate this anniversary in style. From the very beginning, artistic creation has been based on project-orientated work with the highest quality standards and continuous collaboration with some of the participating artists. For the annual festivals, dance and art events, core themes are developed and collaborations with artists and institutions are initiated and realised. The second part starts with Simon Mayer, one of the defining artists of the tanz ist festival, and with a very special evening: after the performance, the dancers invite you to a FOLKDANCE PARTY. The Spielboden stage becomes a dance stage for the audience.
