The sawmill halls are a place steeped in history; words alone are not enough to describe what has happened here over the last 200 years. Only a look inside the 12,000m2 halls makes it possible to experience the history of this place.
The sawmill halls were once the largest weaving hall in Austria; they had their own workshops and training centres and housed almost 1,000 employees and up to 120 apprentices at any one time.
It is unique to experience this place and to know that its history is not over, but that something new is being created, and the dormant halls are being brought back to life. Metre by metre, the halls are transformed, and their history continues.
