The 36th international theatre festival ‘Luaga & Losna’ presents selected theatre productions not only, but mainly for young audiences. Seven theatres from seven European countries will be guests in Feldkirch during the last week of the holidays.
To open the festival, the Factory compagnia transadriatica from Italy will present a musical and dance production of H.C. Andersen’s ‘Tagebuch eines hässlichen Entleins’. The clownish puppet theatre ‘Echo’ will be presented with attention to detail by the Spanish Ymedioteatro. The Swiss group Puppenspiel.ch devotes itself to the preparation of a surprise menu with ‘So ein Chaos’. The material for the next shift from Austria presents ‘Vergessen: 15 Eimer Sauerkraut mit Rutsche’, a sensitive performance about a person who forgets and has been forgotten. The Belgian theatre Ultima Thule can be seen with ‘Komm her’, a visual and musical performance about friendship. The Théâtre de la Toupine from France will be setting up ‘Monstres jeux 2 – Playful Giants’ in Reichenfeldpark over two days, which visitors can bring to life. The minimalist performance ‘Die Entdeckung der Langsamkeit’ based on Sten Nadolny, a co-production by the TheaterhausEnsemble and TheaterGrüneSosse from Germany, is aimed at young and adult audiences.
