The festival is a fixture in the cultural calendar for soul, blues and jazz fans in Styria. Numerous highly decorated musicians, such as US guitarist Kirk Fletcher, blues lady Gisele Jackson, Igor Prado, Count Basic mastermind Peter Legat and many more, have already been guests in the spa town.
In summer 2024, Donniele Graves, an internationally experienced singer from North Carolina, will be coming to Bad Radkersburg for the Soul & Blues Grooves Summit. She will take over the vocal group and pass on her experience.
The programme includes instrumental lessons, stage performance, composing, arranging, harmony and, above all, playing in an ensemble or band. Workshop participants have the opportunity to play and make music in special sessions as part of the ‘Soul Gift Band’ and thus with an internationally renowned band. Groove, feeling, phrasing and timing are easier to feel in the environment and in a team of experienced musicians.
