The founder and artistic director of the Vienna Harp Days is the internationally renowned Viennese harpist Elisabeth Plank; in 2024, she will once again bring the world of the harp to Vienna for a week. For this year’s anniversary edition, several high-calibre artists and teachers will be guests in Vienna.
Ukrainian harpist Veronika Lemishenko is this year’s guest professor at Vienna Harp Days. She is the artistic director of “Glowing Harp” (competition & festival) in Kharkiv and solo harpist of the Croatian National Theatre (Osijek) and the Ukrainian National Orchestra.
There will also be special classes, lectures and concerts by Mirjam Schröder (University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna), Şirin Pancaroğlu (The Turkish Harp) and Oscar Rodríguez Do Campo (University of Buenos Aires, “Nueva Escuela Argentina de Arpa”).
