Feminism is and remains a topic that moves and concerns society. The Forum Stadtpark approaches this topic in an unusual way. A ring as the setting for an attempt to overcome the rifts between feminisms. In it, two women indulge in both cultivated and uncultivated arguments – and throw both questions and armchairs at each other. Cries of rage and joy alternate, sweat and blood, common enemies, hostile and friendly takeovers in a fast-paced exchange of blows.
It gets exciting, it gets brutal, it gets loud, and it gets funny, and along the way we get to the bottom of the most pressing questions that divide radical, liberal, queer or eco-feminists.
The wrestling performance attempts to visualise abstract social politics and identity politics of women, a loud draft, a first attempt at an evolving performance.
