Footprint Kleinwalsertal is based on the EU-LEADER project “Experience nature consciously”. The varied programme includes keynote speeches by exciting personalities, joint development sessions and the presentation of the Footprint Kleinwalsertal Award. The innovative format brings people together to (further) develop projects on the topic of nature education.
For two days, Footprint Kleinwalsertal is dedicated entirely to the topic of nature education and is aimed at all committed and interested people who want to make a contribution. The area they come from is of secondary importance – tourism, communication, IT, research, education, etc. – the format is based on expertise from various disciplines.
On the one hand, the programme consists of keynotes by renowned experts such as behavioural biologist Elisabeth Oberzaucher, digitalization expert Wilhelm Schmid, climate communication expert Sybille Chiari and geoecologist Carl Beierkuhnlein. On the other hand, the participants themselves will become active in the form of development sessions.
The inaugural “Footprint Kleinwalsertal Award” honours projects in the categories of science and practice that have a sustainable impact or pursue innovative approaches.
