The media exhibition Me and the Others deals with the question of different role attributions within the family system. What do we know about the other? What can we know?
Relationships as a breeding ground for heteronomy, blame, fear of loss. Father, mother, child. It is about close ties, about duty, about dependencies and about how people bind themselves to each other without seeming to realise it and without being able to escape from it. Annja Krautgasser’s relationship scenes pose questions that most people in relationships do not dare to ask themselves.
