The exhibition curated by Melanie Brandstetter and Günther Oberhollenzer focuses on the interaction between text and image.
While writing is usually only a peripheral descriptive tool in the image-centred setting of an exhibition space, here text and image meet at eye level, complement each other congenially and enter into a dialogue. The combination of language and visuality creates a multi-layered artistic experience.
In Kunstschrift, the experimental writer, essayist, photographer and alpine shepherd Bodo Hell looks back on his many years of literary work and celebrates his diverse oeuvre at the Künstlerhaus Factory.
