Every year, the festival presents the best of current international film-making for children and young people and makes it accessible to Austrian audiences.
With a selection from the children’s film genre that is carefully tailored to the respective age group, it offers a multi-faceted programme that appeals to children aged 4 to 14 years as well as their adult companions.
The programme includes films full of fantasy and adventure that tell of everyday life and the special experiences of children from all over the world: big hockey dreams, chicken farm happiness, first heartbreak – young cinema-goers experience all this and much more.
