Many find snoring disturbing; but it can also be worked through artistically. In their sound-space installation Zzz, Hans-Jürgen Poëtz and Lea Titz investigate the phenomenon of snoring along multidisciplinary interfaces. Hans-Jürgen Poëtz and Lea Titz examine the phenomenon of snoring as a “blank space in the history of history of philosophy”. They deal with this primal sound acoustically, visually, literarily and medically, creating new and medical aspects of this primal sound, creating new contexts, perspectives and situations as different spatial experiences beyond the ordinary.
