Popfest Wien returns to Karlsplatz – current and diverse local pop with more than 50 acts at the following locations on and around Karlsplatz: “Seebühne” in the pond, sound system behind the main stage, ambient popup in the park, Künstlerhaus Factory, Technical University TU Prechtlsaal and Ella Briggs Saal, Club U, Karlskirche, Karlsgarten at the Kunsthalle Wien
The Viennese musician and director Anna Mabo is responsible for the program of the Popfest Wien together with the internationally established electronic musician Dorian Concept.
