Heinrich Dunst is currently considered the Austrian conceptual artist. His work focuses on the analysis of art and the exploration of its potential, with language and object in an open dialogue.
In an open game of image, language and context, the exhibition addresses the specific location of its presentation. The focus is on the concrete development and processing of art, which is examined directly and humorously for its topicality.
For the HALLE FÜR KUNST Steiermark, Dunst is developing a large-scale installative arrangement that can be accessed in different ways, which unites his works in a stringent dramaturgy. Almost all of these are new works produced especially for the exhibition.
