As India is currently affected by a very strong COVID wave, all cultural activities have to be shifted exclusively into the virtual space again for the time being. With this in mind, the Austrian Cultural Forum New Delhi is participating in the EU Mini Film Festival, which is held exclusively in digital form, with the contribution “Die Wilde Maus” by Josef Hader. The film will go online on a specially created festival platform from May 5 to June 5, 2021, with 400 free admission tickets available to Indian audiences.
Another film festival with live screenings in several cities around the country is scheduled to follow in the fall, COVID situation permitting.
