The Vienna State Opera broadcasts selected productions on the Internet. Each season 45 productions of the opera and ballet evenings are streamed live. These technically elaborate events are produced in two views, a close-up version and a general view of the stage. The Vienna State Opera’s app also includes multilingual subtitles and, in selected broadcasts, scores to read along. The live broadcasts are available for 72 hours each.
