“Die Stadt und das gute Leben” is an exhibition, research project, intervention and form of communication in one.
The project provides impulses for an intensified debate on existing antagonisms in urban space (workshops), initiates knowledge transfers from and within international discourses on the urban (symposium), illustrates their translation into artistic practices (exhibition on “public time”) and works on or dissolves the boundaries between institutional and public spaces (Site Specific [Public] Lessons). A special edition of the Camera Austria publication accompanies the project and will appear in June 2021.
