Where do we stand?

With the question “Where do we stand?” the Salzburg International Summeracademy is searching for a basic status-quo overview of the political present. The diverse course programme offers artists and interested parties the space to find an (artistic) stance and to establish networks that are of importance in today’s digital age. The course locations Hohensalzburg Fortress and Kiefer Steinbruch in Fürstenbrunn offer a working environment rich in history.

The varied course programme covers the following areas: Painting, printmaking, drawing, collage, sculpture, installation, performance, mixed media, photography, film, video, curating and writing.
