Martin Kohlstedt, Kamaal Williams, Inner, Miss Bunpun, Lou Asril, My Ugly Clementine, Thees Uhlmann, Keke and Anger – This line-up awaits music enthusiasts at the end of May, live online and directly from Linz. The city of Linz invites you to the digital live music online festival: Streaming Stream.
Twelve concerts will be streamed live over three days. The entire program is to be finalized in mid-May. In addition to the concerts, there will also be lectures, discussions and producer talks.

The city of Linz is inviting visitors to the first digital live music online festival, thus remaining committed to the festival’s name and its intention to be a format for music, pop culture and digitization. Therefore – where, if not in the Austrian UNESCO City of Media Arts does a city set this innovative focus on the topics of digitalization in music creation and virtual concert enjoyment.
The music and discourse programming in the “Stage” and “Talk” program areas will be moved online with the support of loyal partners such as FM4, Ö1 intro and the Ars Electronica Center. The third program track, “Club,” will be made up in 2022.

The entire program is available as a live stream at www.stream-festival.at. The concert program on the opening night, May 27, starting at 7:30 p.m., is also available at oe1.ORF.at/buehne, and all ten concerts on Friday and Saturday, May 28 and 29, starting at 5:30 p.m. each day, are available on-air on FM4 radio as well as continuously at fm4.ORF.at.

All talks and lectures on the three afternoons can also be followed via ars.electronica.art/homedelivery.

In addition, there will be an invitation to the “Streaming Cloud” on the Danube on the festival days: All festival fans are invited to position themselves – with appropriate distance and limited number – on a picnic blanket near the Danube. If everyone simultaneously calls up the live stream from Streaming Stream on their smartphones and tablets, a large concert sound carpet will be created together.

All participating bands and musicians have agreed to make the concert recordings from Linz available as OnDemand on www.stream-festival.at for 7 to 30 days after the festival.
